Trading as VLAD x APEX, APEX Remedial Therapy Ltd ("we", "us", "our/s") is a registered company with No 16615611, and certified by The Registrar for England and Wales. This website www.vladxapex.co.uk is owned and operated by us, but hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to administrate & sell our Remedial Therapy services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We follow the regulations under the General Data Protection Regulations (“GDPR”) which apply across the European Union (“EU”), including the United Kingdom (“UK”) and we may be responsible as a “controller” of personal information for the purposes of those regulations.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or, with your consent provide us in any other way. As part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as (but not limited to):
- Your name, email address, and/or telephone number. Your personal information will be used for providing you with our services including payment for such, data for past/future services; 
- We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page;
- We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, service reviews, recommendations, and personal profile; 
- We can collect data when you send us a message through a contact form, purchase a service or a package deal, subscribe to our newsletter & updates, send us an email or other form of message;
- We may collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet for login purposes (e-mail address, password, computer and connection information, purchase history).

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may collect Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
- To provide and operate the Services; to identify and contact you about the therapy appointment you have booked;
- To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
- To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
- To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services; 
- To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

We will not provide your personal information to any third parties for marketing purposes, nor sell your data.

We may request information on your medical background and lifestyle choices in order to provide a safe and effective physical therapy. This is strictly one on one information with your therapist for the purposes of your specific physical therapy and it is not shared nor will be with any other parties. 

 

We may disclose information with regulatory and governmental bodies or in response to a law enforcement agency for an investigation. This would be for the purposes of legal obligation and protection, fraud protection, credit risk reduction, on a matter related to public safety, or if we are required by law or by a court order. 

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to gather opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, to enforce our terms and conditions of service, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email and/or telephone/text messages.

Withdrawing consent for collection of personal information | Delete or Change of collected information

If you don’t want us to process your data anymore, please reach out via the contact form on the website or via email to info@vladxapex.co.uk. It may take up to 5-10 business days to compile the data we hold for you, but we will do anything in our power to honour your request. We will keep you updated all through the process, and as per your request. Any requests for changes to your data will be actioned promptly.

 

As per the guidelines of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, we may have to hold information a minimum of 8 years from the date of your last treatment. This is not only for safety reasons, but also for the purpose of legal protection. If you withdraw your consent during this retention period, we will archive your data until the period expires. Whilst your information is archived, we will not access or process it in any way except if needed for legal protection or if required to do so by law enforcement.

We make certain there is no unauthorised access to your personal data and we strive to review thoroughly our security measures in protecting it. If by events outside of our control, there's been a data breach or a concern, you also have the right to submit a data protection complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office. However before you do so, we would kindly ask that you contact us in the first instance, so that you allow us to rectify the issue.

Cancellation Policy | Rescheduling therapies | Refunds

We all live a busy life and emergencies or last minute changes can happen, and of course I can make accommodations for such. So that I can manage these, please let me know as soon as possible and we can work through a solution that will fit both parties . For all other instances, please kindly allow a 48-24 hour cancellation or reschedule. You can reschedule via your member portal on the website, alternatively and if 48 hours prior, let me know so I can amend the booking.

Cancellations within less than 24 hours and no prior notice, as well as "no show" may incur a fee, 50% of the charge or 100% in repeated offences. 

Refunds are not offered for past therapies. Refunds on pre-paid package deals, only for unused future therapies, will be reviewed on its own merit for each individual circumstance. We can work through a solution that will fit both parties. ​​
